Secret mechanism (opening of the button for alarm arbor)

The alarm winding button has been completely built into the case.
When the alarm requires winding, the button is freed by pressing on the pendant above the winding crown, and turning it slightly (by one quarter turn): the button then protrudes out of the case-middle.

The alarm can then be wound before pushing the button in again to make it invisible once more.
